Our school has recently completed a huge addition to the building. We now have rooms to accomodate our growing population as well as numerous specialty rooms to allow us to offer a wide variety of programming in areas such as technology, art, physical education, drama, music, small engines, and much more.

We are actively trying to raise enough money to upgrade our sports facility as well. As part of the new addition we now have a third gym and a wonderful fitness center. Outdoors we have an accurately measured 400m track which will accomodate a full size soccer and rugby field inside. We are planning to upgrade these facilities and our equipment to provide an all-weather track with lighting and seating for night games. A facility such as this would allow us to not only continue to host events involving all of the local elementary and high schools but we could then draw visiting teams from all over the province and help put Bradford on the sporting map.

In the fall of 2008 we will begin construction of some of the new field event venues outdoors with the help of money that has been raised so far at the CarrotFast 5k Run/Walk. This is the firs step towards completion of our dream facility.

The CarrotFast 5k Run/Walk presented by Elegante Interiors is an effort to generate an annual income that will help to maintain the proposed facility as well as provide for some of the cost of installation and new equipment. Major funding support is needed in the form of sponsorship, donations or loans and grants to allow us to fulfill our dream. A project of this size will cost in the neighbourhood of $500,000.
