This is a great community event for everyone and this year we are also featuring the 2011 Ontario Masters Athletics 5k Road Championship. Our one of a kind "Running Gwilly" Age group medals will be awarded to the top 3 males and females in 10 year age groups. Anyone can participate but if you're a member of Ontario Masters Athletics you'll also be eligible to win OMA medals as this is the OMA 5k Road Championship.

The annual Carrotfest summer festival will take place
in downtown all day after the race. Bring the family and see what's
happening. There will be lots of local vendors, entertainment, a midway
and a street dance Saturday evening.
